Welcome to the Moseley Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Laboratory Home Page

We have a computationally-based lab on the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
The lab is physically located in rooms CC434, CC436, and CC438 of the Ben F. Roach Cancer Care Facility.

Our research interests focus on the application of computational, mathematical, and statistical methods to specific problems in systems biochemistry, metabolomics, and structural biology.

  • 05/25/2017 - Dr. Robert Flight was accepted to attend the 2017 rOpenSci Unconf in Los Angeles, California.
  • 05/03/2017 - Christian Powell (undergraduate lab assistant) received the Thomas B. Nantz scholarship from the UK Department of Chemistry.
  • 05/01/2017 - Yao et al. is highlighted on the cover of the May 2017 Issue of Proteins .
  • 04/21/2017 Kelly Sovacool (undergraduate lab assistant) was awarded a summer research grant from the UK Chellgren Center.
